Dibond was developed in 1992 by 3A Composites as an aluminum composite panel and it was the first in the world specifically created for the Visual Communication. It consists of two cover layers of aluminum (0.3 mm thick each), coated on both sides with a protective film, and a further internal part (between the two layers) made of polyethylene. The front and back sides are available powder painted (matte or glossy finish), structurally coated, laminated or anodized.
The great strength of Dibond is the opportunity of transformation for the construction of 3D shapes; being easily foldable and resistant to both high and low temperatures, it is ideal for both indoor and outdoor uses, for the construction of exhibition stands, interior design, digital and screen printing.
The range of Simona products consists of expanded PVC sheets which are distinguished by their low density and extreme lightness. All sheets offer an extraordinary ease of processing and have satin surfaces.
Simona products offer an outstanding quality to meet your needs, especially where aesthetics and lightness are required .
The Simona panels are ideal for digital and screen printing.
